Pay later with Klarna

With Klarna, you can only pay for your order once you have received it. The 30-day payment period starts as soon as your order is shipped. 

Step 1

Put your items in the shopping cart and choose "Klarna" at checkout.

Step 2

Fill in a few personal details and you'll know right away if it can go through. 

Step 3

You get a confirmation from Klarna and reminders once you have to pay. You will receive these reminders by email or via the Klarna app.

 

Invoices

In case you would like an invoice from your order, you can find it in My Account or in case you don't have an account in the guest portal. If you can't find your invoice, please reach out to our customer service at customerservice@eu.fragrance.com.

 

Shipping

Your order will be delivered with DPD or POSTNL. Order Monday through Friday before 8:00 p.m. means shipped the same day! Below is an overview of shipping costs and delivery times per country per geographical subregion of Europe. We strive to deliver your order within the specified period. Unfortunately, it may happen that due to busy times at our shipping partner your order is delivered late. We are not responsible for delays at our partner.

Delivery

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us containing your track & trace information to track your order. 

It is also possible to track your order through your account by logging in and clicking the tracking link in the corresponding order. 

 

Returns

How can I return an order?

Returns are possible up to 30 days after receiving your order. If your having second thoughts on your purchase and you want to return a product,  make sure the items are packed in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Used items cannot be returned. After we have received the return and checked that the products are in good condition, we will refund the amount of the item and shipping costs that you paid when placing the order. If you partially return an order, we will refund only the cost of the item. The cost of return are for the customer. 

In case something went wrong with the delivery (wrong product, broken product) you can reach out to us and we will make sure you can return the product (if neccesary) on our expense.

How do I get a refund for a return? 

You will receive a refund on the payment method you used when paying for your order. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs that was paid when placing the order. If you return the order partially, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The cost of returning the package is at your own expense and will not be refunded. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
